Reflections Tower Two's apartments are fully furnished and feature full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each has a plasma flat-screen TV and a private balcony. Guests can enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean and Coolangatta Beach. Initial provisions such as tea and coffee are provided for guests on arrival.

Coolangatta surprise!

When we arrived at reception, we were surprised with an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment. Allocated car spots with easy access within building. Loved the location, with sweeping views of Coolangatta Beach and surrounds from our generous 13th floor balcony. Close walking distance to many cafes, restaurants & Coolangatta shopping precinct. Every bedroom had views either of the ocean, river or hinterland. Well furnished apartment with a well stocked kitchen.

Maintenance checks were lacking a little. The fridge interior light was not working. When freezer draw was opened each time, shards of rust particles dropped on floor as it probably hadn't been opened recently. The fridge door also had old tape stuck over the front which looked tacky. Also both bathroom shower glass door rims were needing attention. Either rubber edging was needing repair in master or calcified buildup was evident in 2nd bathroom. The sink drains were also rusting out or needed to be replaced. Attention to detail is recommended.

The stay was great. Wonderful sized room and the view was exceptional.

The view was exceptional.

The second lift was broken and on our second day, it took 20 minutes to get a lift from the 8th floor.

Excellent location and brilliant staff.

The location was perfection. Right opposite the beach, above lots of cafes and shops and easy walking around Coolangatta’s main streets. Underground car park was a bonus! The pool area was brilliant, and the gym was well equipped. The apartment size was brilliant, so much room and the view was stunning. The staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

There is only 2 lifts which service 20 floors and 3 basement levels, so be prepared to wait a while! The apartment was starting to age and had dust on the walls and skirting boards etc and mould around the air con. Needs a lick of paint and good deep clean. General cleanliness like kitchen, bathroom etc was fine.

Great staff and location but facilities are dated and lots of work going on , which is a bit stupid to do in peak seaso

The staff and location .

The fact that a few days in , a workman was sent up to put a lock on the air conditioning at 23 degrees . I usually don’t put negative comments up but i could not sleep in the heat . We specifically searched for a hotel that advertised air conditioning and then it was set at 23 degrees which was not at all comfortable in the middle of summer !

Great location,very comfortable

Location was excellent.

We didn’t like the fact that only one lift was working.Wasted a lot of time waiting for the one lift.Residents told us it’s been like this for months,which is simply not good enough.

One of elevator was not working and was being repaired , there was also building works being carried out so a bit unsafe with the equipment in front of the lift.

The rooms had a smell which is due to the old carpet. I had to buy some air diffuser sticks. Couldn't find the bath plug, it was out under the kitchen sink. Not fun having to look for one when going to enjoy a relaxing bath.

Great place to stay

The view was great, and the position was central to shops and restaurants. Great pool and bbq areas.

2 of the 3 TVs didn't work. The corridors and lift areas are not air-conditioned so extremely unpleasant waiting sometimes quite a while for lifts which also were stuffy.

Our room we booked had a kids bunks in 2nd room. We were a party of 4 adults. This was corrected, and staff were very accommodating.

A great pleasure to stay at Reflections Tower Two.

A living area that was spaciousness, light filled, with a wonderful view made the stay a pleasure. The bed was comfortable although a bedside table on each side, each with a light would have been appreciated. The location with easy access to beach as well as shops and restaurants was ideal. We found the staff delightful staff as they couldn't have been more helpful.
